保証について

Zoffではご購入いただいた商品に対して、以下の保証を行っております。

① フレーム保証

保証期間：お渡し日または発送日から1年間

商品不良によりフレームが破損し、保証期間内にお申し出いただいた場合は、修理又は同一フレーム(入手困難な場合は、当社で取扱う同価格フレーム)への交換を無料で承ります。

② レンズ度数保証

保証期間：お渡し日または発送日から6ヶ月間※

保証期間内にお申し出いただいた場合、レンズの度数交換を無料で承ります。

※保証はお渡し日より6ヶ月間、2回までとなります。

③ 18才までのレンズ度数保証

保証期間：お渡し日または発送日から1年間※

保証期間内にお申し出いただいた場合、レンズの度数交換を無料で承ります。

※保証はお渡し日より1年間、2回までとなります。

④ プレミアムハードコート（耐キズレンズ）保証（有料オプション）

保証期間：お渡し日または発送日から6カ月間

通常使用においてレンズに傷が付き、保証期間内にお申し出いただいた場合、1度に限り同一種類かつ同一度数のレンズへの交換を無料で承ります。
（プレミアムハードコート＜耐キズレンズ保証＞のオプションをご購入いただいた場合に限ります）

注意事項

※本保証はお買い上げいただいたご本人のみ対象です。

本保証書に記載する保証は、日本国内のZoff店舗のみで承ります。(②レンズ度数保証のみ国外のZoff店舗でも承ります)
お買上げ時に処方箋でメガネをお作りいただいたお客様は、レンズの度数交換に際しては、再度処方された処方箋をお持ちください。
以下のいずれかに該当する場合は、保証の対象外となります。
- お客様の過失の有無にかかわらず、使用中についた傷（変形、ひび割れ、欠損、傷*等）
  *プレミアムハードコート（耐キズレンズ）保証の場合は、この限りではありません。
- お客様都合により用途の異なるレンズ度数に変更する場合
- 異なるレンズ種への変更や交換
- 天災や事故等により発生した不具合
- 経年変化や素材特性に伴う現象
- お買上げ後におけるデザインやカラーの変更
- 紛失や盗難等によりフレームやレンズがない場合
- 保証書(保証メールを含む)のご提示がなく、お買上げ実績を把握するのが困難な場合

Warranty

We offer following warranty to the products purchased from Zoff.

① Frame Warranty

Warranty Period: One year from the date of pick up.

If the frame is damaged due to a product defect and you contact us within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge with a frame of the same type.

② Lens Prescription Warranty

Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of pick up.

Lens prescription will be replaced free of charge (up to two times) if you contact us within the warranty period.

③ Lens Prescription Warranty Up to 18 Years Old

Warranty Period: One year from the date of pick up.

Lens prescription will be replaced free of charge (up to two times) if you contact us within the warranty period.

④ Premium Hard Coat (Scratch-Resistant Lens) Warranty (Paid Option)

Warranty Period: Six months from the date of pick-up or shipment.

If the lens is scratched under normal use and you contact us within the warranty period, we will replace it once free of charge with a lens of the same type and prescription. (Applies only if you have purchased the Premium Hard Coat [Scratch-Resistant Lens Warranty] option.)

Note

Warranty described in this warranty certificate is accepted only at Zoff stores within Japan. (Only ②Lens Prescription Warranty will be accepted at overseas Zoff stores.)
If you purchased eyeglasses using your own prescription, please bring in your new prescription at the time of lens prescription exchange.
Warranty will not be honored if any of the following applies.
- Change in appearance (deform/crack/break/scratch/etc.) from customer’s negligence (such as mistake or misuse).
- When changing the lens power to one intended for a different purpose based on the customer's request
- Exchange/replacement to different type of lens.
- Defect caused by natural disaster or accident
- Phenomenon due to deterioration or material characteristic
- Design or color change request after the purchase
- When frame or lens are not present from loss or theft
- When warranty certificate (including warranty email) is not available and difficult to prove the record of purchase
The free set lens is also applicable when purchasing the frame first, and adding the lens later. This will be accepted only by Zoff stores in the country or region where the Products were originally purchased.

关于质保

在Zoff所购买的商品，我们提供以下的质保内容。

① 镜框质保

质保期：取镜日起1年内

如因商品质量原因发生商品破损，在质保期内，可进行免费修理或更换。 (如同款商品缺货，将免费更换我司同价位商品)

② 镜片度数质保

质保期：取镜日起6个月内

在质保期内，可提供镜片度数免费更换服务(上限为两次)。

③ 18岁以下度数质保

质保期：取镜日起1年内

在质保期内，可提供镜片度数免费更换服务(上限为两次)。

④ 高级加硬膜层(耐磨镜片)质保（付费选项）

质保期：自取镜日或发货日起6个月内

如耐磨镜片在正常使用过程中出现划痕，在质保期内，可免费更换一次同度数同种类镜片。（仅限于已购买“高级加硬膜层（耐磨镜片）质保”选项的情况。）

注意事项

本质保书上记载的所有质保内容，仅适用于日本国内的Zoff门店。(仅②镜片度数质保这一项，在海外的Zoff门店也适用)
用外部处方配镜的顾客在更换镜片度数时，需出示新处方。
如符合以下任一情况，都不属于质保范围内。
- 因使用不当或顾客的不注意导致的商品问题 (变形，裂痕，破损，划伤等)
- 顾客自身原因,要求更换成不同用途的镜片度数
- 更换不同镜片种类
- 因天灾或事故导致的商品问题
- 因商品老化或原材料特性所发生的变化
- 购买后希望更换款式或颜色
- 因遗失或被盗等，导致无商品实物(镜框，镜片)
- 无法出示质保单(包括质保邮件)，难以证明实际购买情况
